By purchasing a subscription or service from ABOAI, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Subscription Fees

ABOAI provides digital AI-powered services on a subscription basis.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund past payments

When you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.


3. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

It is your responsibility to cancel prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue.

We are not responsible for refunds due to forgotten cancellations.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical billing errors
  • Proven system malfunction preventing service access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

Approval of refunds is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.


5. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is provided:

  • No charges will apply during the trial period
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • Once payment is processed, standard refund terms apply

6. Payment Processing

  • PayPal

Refunds, when approved, will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

ABOAI does not control processing times once a refund has been issued.


7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
  • We may provide evidence of service delivery to the payment provider

8. Digital Services Notice

ABOAI provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon activation. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you may lose certain statutory cancellation rights once service delivery begins, where permitted by law.
